Owned by local resident Oli Weir, the restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and regularly hosts themed events to bring people together. A full bar, take-out dinners and pizza, and music every weekend complement sit-down meals.

"Afton is a rural, wooded community where people are tucked away in their own spaces," says business partner Oli Weir. "Our goal is to provide a place where people can gather for good food and fun times."

Sail Away Cafe in Afton provides a community gathering place.  Our staff & the regulars help with this too - guests have become employees, our regulars, friends. Many people have helped make The Sail Away Cafe what it is!

There is live music every Friday and Saturday nights, there have been some very memorable nights, and there will be more to come. The Sail Away Cafe has a full bar and off sale, great food and a dedicated staff. Open year round, come get a bit of sun even in winter. And in summer, our patio is absolutely one of the best in the east metro area - dog friendly too!
